Exam overview¶
The CLF-C02 exam validates a foundational understanding of AWS Cloud concepts, services, security, architecture, pricing, and support. It is for individuals who want to demonstrate overall knowledge of the AWS Cloud, regardless of specific technical role.
- Format: 65 questions (50 scored + 15 unscored), multiple choice and multiple response.
- Duration: 90 minutes (plus 30 minutes for non-English language exams with extended time).
- Scoring: scaled score 100-1,000; minimum passing score 700; compensatory scoring.
- Recommended experience: six months of foundational AWS Cloud and industry knowledge.
